No "consolidation" has been announced and the Georgia SoS office has no record of any changes for the Georgia APWC - neither does the Florida SoS office have any changes for Alfie's Florida AUSTRALIAN USA LLC shell.

I expect you will first see the reverse split before any of these two entities are "consolidated" with EXPU (the now Nevada APWC).

And THEN you'll get to see your brutal dilution punishment inflicted by the infamous diluter Joe Canouse and his now protege Alfie.

Of course Alfie might want to keep his Florida shell, AUSTRALIAN USA LLC separate, so he can skim the distributor's cut and a hefty trademark royalty for the L'Alpina brand right off the top as the money goes to his Florida corp first.

Always many ways for these guys to skim and dilute for their own pockets.
