If the new Nevada shell is just the renamed EXPU, then the main issue is when will the "consolidation" with the PRIVATE Georgia APWC corp owned by Alfie and Canouse and the Florida corp AUSTRALIAN USA LLC owned by Alfie be "consolidated" with the Nevada corp renamed APWC and under what financial terms?

How much will Alfie and Joe extract from EXPU for the "consolidation" event and when is the reverse split coming to pay for these "consolidations"??

Right now, there are two APWC corporations - a private Georgia one owned by Alfie and Joe, and the now public Nevada one that is the renamed EXPU.
