Wow, Alfie is picking up a "new" shell that was incorporated in 1998? Or just renaming an old shell - owned by WHOM?

Used to be called "GOLDSEARCH" at one time - looks like it may be another trading shell!!!

Not even EXPU is needed for a trading shell anymore!!! Bye-bye, baby! Alfie may not even need EXPU as a trading ticker anymore. We need to look through 45 filings for this old shell to see where it came from and if it's tradable today or could be made so.

If so, then Alfie and Joe have no need for any EXPU shareholders - hasta la vista, baby! The water was never yours and it need never be.

Just throw (err... "consolidate") the Georgia APWC corp and the Florida AUSTRALIAN USA LLC corp into the Nevada old shell now renamed as the Nevada APWC corp .
