SpongeTech "America's Cleaning Company" Announces Stock Symbol Change.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpongeTech® Delivery Systems, Inc. (“SpongeTech”) “The Smarter Sponge™”, (OTCBB: SPNGQ - News) announced today that the Company’s Stock Symbol "SPNGQ" will be changed effective October 28, 2013.

This action is in concert with our intentions to execute a Reverse Merger with a still unnamed entity. Jointly we will immediately work to complete the issuer filing and information requirements necessary to initiate quotation in the OTCBB Service. The company has chosen an available trading symbol and will be quoted on the OTCBB. Real-time quotes, last sales price and volume information for your OTC common stock equity security will be available.

The proposed business activities of our available public reporting company are described in the Form 10-SB Registration Statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), and these described business activities classify our public reporting company as a "blank check company".
