So when will the merger or "consolidation" with the PRIVATE Georgia American Premium Water Corporation owned by Alfie and Canouse with EXPU be done and under what financial terms for Alfie and Canouse? - has he merged it with the Nevada APWC shell? When? For how much in convertible debt/preferred shares to Alfie and Canouse?

Ditto for Alfie's Florida corp, AUSTRALIAN USA LLC which is handling distribution, billing, and from where the L'Alpina trademark originated? How much will Alfie scam for that "consolidation"?

When are the "consolidations" and how much will the cost be in dilution for EXPU shareholders?

Based on Canouse's history - a bundle - a deluge of new shares.

More importantly, when's the reverse split going to be done to pay for those "consolidations"?

When will he merge EXPU into the Nevada corp? What price?
