with all due respect to you!!! the financial arrangements as you call them are the only legal way a company can "sell" stock as you mentioned----what does where money goes and into what have to do with how the money was raised? there are a ton of very major players in this deal that I presume are self funding at this point--please have valid points before posting and misleading people
