His loss. In life people frequently give up just before achieving their goal. I'm not sure what yard line we are on but I can see the goal posts. With 99% of penny stocks the goal posts are nothing more than a mirage. We will all be dancing in the endzone while those who can't delay gratification will have egg foo young all over their faces.
