I don't know who the auditing firm is now, but they are slacking, no doubt. But hopefully it's still the same one-nevertheless all dilution will show up on the "new" 10K. As far as spikes from PR's go, I've only been listening to your crickets, and most of them quit chirping too! It's not even shortable in sub-penny anyway. Unless you just want $100 here and there.
