Superior has never given a hard date, nor have they given a soft date for re-listing. It's been mostly speculation by posters on this board. What they have said is that they will re-list and want to make sure they protect our (the shareholders) equity. That means to me that they want to re-list at the right time to give us as much value as possible. That is a company that IS looking out for us and trying to find a way to make it up to us (for allowing the stock to de-list) by maximizing our profit.

IN MY OPIONION, this will re-list within 6 months. With four wells done (by Devon), they will be bringing in about $1.2 mil per month after the ROI which I believe takes about 4-6 months per well. The re-listing (Again IMO) will be spectacular and I believe we will see a lot of people eating their words.

I've seen other O&G companies working in the Osage and Mississippian bringing in equal or less than that and their stock (with a similar structure to SIOR's) is worth between $1 - $1.50 per share.

I will patiently wait for the Invitation to the BBQ.

And to those who say that the management is only scamming us, show me the proof. I see that they are delivering what they said. Wells being drilled and oil being pumped, all with a JV. They made a mistake by getting de-listed. Yeah, it's a big mistake, and costly. It's not cheap to re-list. Forms, Accountants, Lawyers, Brokers, Bankers. Non are cheap and it is very, very time consuming. One poster said it could be in the six figures. That is very correct. So right now, they are still cash poor. They have committed at least $12+ million in the four wells. They have to pay those off with oil coming out of the ground. Then they have to pay payroll, taxes, lease costs, water and transportation, electricity, etc... And then add on top of that the cost of re-listing? Use your business senses here ladies and gents, it's gonna take time to save up that kind of money to re-list. And there are those who are correct, they don't HAVE to re-list....so just the fact that they say that they are planning to re-list shows me that they haven't forgotten about us and that they are going to try to fix it. All this is Just My Opinion.
