I think vanguard's point was there ISN'T any intellectual property. If you read the thread vanguard posted, there are no patents or patents pending. They will not and cannot produce any products, they are in a nearly $1.5 million dollar deficit, they have no employees, they have no revenue...they have nothing.

Ideas don't pay the bills, products and investors do. And this one should be easy for even an amateur investor to understand. I know it's hard to say goodbye to all the money that you put into this, but I wouldn't be surprised if this company stopped trading completely within the next 6 months. You said it yourself...it was a risk and you and the others who were misled unfortunately lost.
