I'm long in another stock that I think will be given the designation next week. My fear is that as soon as the company announces it, the FDA will come out and say it's been put on hold. Those sudden drop types of moves in a stock don't end well in my experience. Someone usually knows something and dumps or shorts ahead of it. Who knows with these clowns in Washington. Anything's possible, but it sucks that patients are the ones suffering.
