Of course it was a LOI (Bio-swan) as that is the first step in the process.

Seems perhaps your goal is short term rather than long term. That's ok and I hope a run comes up that you can make some $ on. Nothing wrong with that.

The point is that if you want instant gratification then you should probably play pumped runs that occur on other tickers than this.

Been doing this for a while and HEMP has actually accomplished much more than many other tickers for the time they have had in the market as an actual company. Although scams occur everywhere in the market I just offer the comparison of what real scam is.

Real scams just say it may occur, or that we found this supposed potential and because of that you should buy us. but they never actually do anything. No revenues, no increase to the balance sheet, just a bunch of hype that never occurs. (Heavy emphasis on: NO Revenue)

While it does remain to be seen that the actual final execution does complete I think you have been doing this long enough Dank that you know it isn't going to occur overnight.

Revenue also for a company is great. Don't get me wrong, but really a companies goal is to crate overall value. If you look at the latest provided financials you will notice that the overall assets to liabilities that there was an increase resulting in a positive equity position for the company. That means that if I sold it today would I have made $ from my initial investment. If in fact HEMP inc. decided to close their doors today that is what the value will be based on and not income. Revenue is a potential based solely on the ability of any one company to capitalize on such.

To just say that it is a scam because they said one thing but did another is short sighted. Many well laid intentions/thoughts some times take a lot longer than the reality of how long it actually takes. I would say this. I don't expect any big runs and am waiting for the next financials. Once I see the result of those financials it will let me know what direction I feel the company has for growth. Until that time I, you, and any other buyer will have to accept the risk reward that exists in the market, large or micro cap.

Good luck!!
