If I read the 6-k correctly, the company has 83,820,109 common shares (as of December 31, 2012). Apparently their governance rules differ from the United States as a foreign company, and issuance of common shares could result in a 20% increase in the number of outstanding shares -- thus dilution! That's what I found about the share structure, which doesn't sound so good.

A billion dollars for 1000 oz. - that's a lot of metal!
And as far of the cost to extract -- it's difficult to predict at this point and that's what the company said in their report as well.
Overall I like the company a lot and I am kicking myself for not buying back in the .50s. I thought about it every day! Mid 70s I am comfortable buying but 80s I get nervous.
