Because considering that the stock traded for months at .03 and only very recently and abruptly jumped to .06, you're not going to get people to invest millions of dollars in a penny stock with no current revenue streams for much more than .0285. You have to understand that the investors took on huge risk, and we had to compensate them for that.

Look I get it. The timing and the price makes it look terrible. Of course we would have all loved to get a higher price, but if you take a step back it's really not that bad.
