There are only 5 patents listed in the complaint. For those 5, they are all chained together as continuations leading back to the 045 patent, which is now linked to the provisional 296 patent app.

Unless WDDD amends its complaint, I'm not sure WDDD can claim any royalties beyond 11/13/2015 unless they file a new complaint and start this whole dog and pony show all over again.

Again, just my understanding...
