Sauer Energy Develops Additional Production Models
MarketwiredPress Release
CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 9, 2013) - Sauer Energy Inc.® ("SEI") (OTCQB: SENY), developer of the patented WindCharger® vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) and manufacturer of the patented HelixWind® vertical axis wind turbine, announces that its Research and Development team plans to make available additional configurations of its WindCharger systems as it prepares for expanded production.
"We intend to provide viable systems of our WindCharger core design that can more specifically be matched to handle particular conditions that can affect efficiency. These additional offerings will be able to meet a broader range of applications for our customer's needs," stated Dieter Sauer, CEO and President of Sauer Energy.
Over the past several months Sauer Energy has developed in-house capability to test new configurations immediately with significantly lower costs that produce instant results, using a specialized wind test platform. It provides classifications that can provide benchmarks for use to refine the choice for the most appropriate system under a myriad of conditions. The multiple protocols will support nearly every need for low wind capture and conversion to energy. Various evaluations include materials, stress, exposure, mechanical, environmental, low-high wind configuring and long term reliability, all of which are critical in determining the optimal system composition for specialized applications and circumstances.
The team has been able to quickly adapt and adjust design configurations, greatly reducing design time and testing costs while boosting efficiency for its WindCharger. This has resulted in modifications and variations to its WindCharger systems and produced additional scaled model systems aimed at more efficient power output, varied mounting configurations with size and cost suitable for more diversified venues. These markets currently include commercial, industrial, custom and residential installations.
"We are enthusiastic about the additional configurations and modifications. The investment in our recent extensive testing is a demonstration of our commitment to our shareholders and customers alike. SEI continues to strive to develop the best-in-class performance wind turbines providing highly specialized features and functionality combined with exceptional quality and value. SEI also plans to complete its final Helix system verification and adaptation in the near future," added Mr. Sauer.
