The appellate brief extension was agreed to. Remember that there's another round of briefing coming after HJJ rules on the RR so this extension,in the long haul, really means nothing timewise.

Not sure why VRNG is so accommodating, but I suppose they have their reasons. They likely also wanted extra time.
