Hallelujah!!! Thank You Berge for posting this PR!!

It's full of good stuff! Of course people will complain that it is missing the one thing that would jet the PPS up. Are we really surprised by this? I'm not. This deal seems to be a hard one to close. Perhaps both principals are tough negotiators and are still in the dance.

Berge isn't holding anything back - he just can't say squat yet.
