I was a little leary when they did the reverse split but I do understand why. It was to basically burn the former company and all the shares in that company. With a shell, there is no way of knowing how many shares are out there. This happened to BBDA. The owner found out after he had purchased it, that the share structure was double and there was absolutely nothing he could do about it. If you read the article, this company is doing everything by the book. Hopefully they will merge a huge company to our shares. JMHO
