It is very interesting to Note that BMRN is currently in the process of raising money.

Could it be they are looking to acquire CPRX before the sell out to a Roche? It is in my opinion that the acquisition of Catalyst will certainly call for a larger premium to the acquirer of BMRN, and it couldn't be a better time to put an offer out to CPRX in the vicinity of $16 per share.
