Your argument does not make sense at all. Dont forget that the individual who is to this day scaming new inverstors based on humongous FALSE RUMORS was ordered by the courts to pay 4 million dollars back to a couple of old ladies he scammed.
Note that I am not mentioning the FBI sting operation, then figure Jose Quijano out and his association with a known professional scam artist.
