It probably didn't seem big, but I think it will be. Diego Pellicer has hired Jeremy Daw (Cannabis Times) and have launched ICCCO, which stands for something like International Coalition of Cannabis Companies and Organizations. The group will be going after the 1961 Single Convention Treaty that is the foundation of cannabis prohibition. I had thought that he would be naming some of the other organizations involved, but he didn't do that. John Davis also shared that he expects 9 more states will be vote to be legal by 2016. I stand by what I had said:

Even if I overestimate the impact of Jamen's announcement, I haven't really seen hard predictions of which states and how many will be approving recreational pot in 2016. PHOT looks to me to be one of the best leveraged to this, so I think these two points of the discussion could be positive for PHOT in terms of sentiment.
