There's always two sides to every story. VRNG has made allegations before that once hearing the other side didn't exactly leave us all feeling rosy after learning more about it. They cite a few lines out of a deposition, which we, of course, can't read. GOOG will also cite part of the testimony, which we also won't see. We'll get the gist of it through what it is that we CAN see in their response. Most times these things just aren't as cut and dried as we'd like them to be. Just saying to wait and see what comes in the response as that will give us all a better idea of the whole picture.

If we couldn't go RAH RAH RAH after VRNG files a motion, it would hardly be a very good motion as they're not going to say anything in there to slight themselves. GOOG BAD, VRNG GOOD! That's what we expect, and that's what we always get. Never sounds quite as good after some of the other side is revealed, which is as it always is, and is normal.

No it's not, he will continue to do what he has been doing all along. Delay with on going favoritism toward Goog. The HJJ is sub servant to his superiors.IMHO
