OLEPF: Pursuant to Plan of Arrangement, holders will receive for each common share of the Company held, 0.60 common share of Teranga Teranga Gold Corporation. No fractional shares of Teranga will be issued pursuant to the Arrangement. Fractional entitlements will be rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares in the event of a fraction of 0.5 or greater and rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares in the case of a fraction less than 0.5.
