If the MSJ deems the patent ineligible for the march 2012 filing date, the process would start all over again. Which would be bad news for worlds.

This is why ATVI has waited as long as possible to drag out the MSJ because it will be less time worlds has to claim infringement. I do not think this is a likely outcome, but it is definitely what activision wanted to happen.

I will do some research on similar cases.
