Oct 17 will irrelevant. The date will not stand with criminal cases taking priority during the government shutdown.

It will be postponed by a week or two.

A game changer will be if the judge cancels the MSJ due to findings (document 107) and combines a markman with the MSJ. I am hoping for document 109 to state this.

Everything is currently on schedule. We have not been told much further.
