skitahoe, CDEX has, as far as we all know, one product being marketed and "sold?". It is perfectly legitimate for a company that has never sold anything other than shares, to post any concrete sell of its product. Even the sell (actual) of one ValiMed unit is at this time a great achievement and worthy of being made public. Companies use the media to encourage and stimulate investment, and as long as the news are genuine and factual it cannot be blamed as an attempt to influence the trading.

Hence, either the company has never made a sell, or it has sold ValiMed units and keeps the information secret, which in my opinion, is wrong and points to ulterior motives unknown to us.
