Yes dilution, and no there isnt a 300:1 Forward Split, it is an error in the filing along with hundreds of other errors, omissions and inaccurate data. The company recently raised the AS to 4 billion and there exists no other filings for splits on the SOS of Nevada. FINRA shows no record for a split. The company also stated there isnt a "pending split" in the split section.

There is insignificant shares in a short position, less than 3800 shares. There isnt a continuos aggregate of FTDs either, showing no delivery issues within DHSM.
