Let's make it January 29. I will post the exact brand within a couple days. One thing we have tended to ignore on the last 2 tastings is the importance of food to accompany the wine. Wino's tend to forget that wine is best savoured with an appropriate meal. For the Sauvignon Blanc tasting I encourage everybody to have some sort of sea food on the side, even if its only a can of sardines. Maybe we will see some nice recommendations between now and then. I am going to shoot for some smoked eel, or perhaps some fresh shrimp sauteed in garlic and butter. Nice combinations tend to more than double the pleasure.
