I guess I'm slightly confused, and maybe just a little disappointed. Perhaps somebody can clear this up for me.

Given what we know, is the current stock price low due to Sabby selling large blocks of their shares of the company? Do they have a deadline of sorts to get rid of these shares? Once they're done, is it expected that the stock price would soon reach its previous highs of the summer in the $1.75+ range?

Given what we know about the BAT deal, is what's keeping this stock from completely soaring beyond our imaginations simply what BAT will do with the technology? As I understand, they've had their eyes on it and finally agreed to license the technology for research and, hopefully, sales.

So, the quick and dirty, if I'm not mistaken: once Sabby rids their shares, we'll see a nice bump up, maybe $2/share? $3/share? (These, of course, just estimates implying prices above what we're seeing now). And once BAT uses the tech, we'll see the big bucks come in. Does this sound about right? I'm just trying to understand what's going on here so I can decide what to do with my money invested here, possibly moving it to the other two big ones that seem to have more movement now than this.
