I have not "changed my story" in any way. What I've done is a clarification that highlights your misinterpretation for what it is.

"This delay" is a TEMPORARY delay while the OVERALL time is REDUCED as I very explicitly noted a number of times.

It must've taken some effort to have missed that.

If you are only interested in the short term so that TO YOU a temporary delay is the same whether or not the overall time is reduced. But to those interested in the long term, the overall reduction is the more significant factor.

SOME of us are not so impatient that we have to get the money RIGHT NOW.
