SAN JOSE, Calif., October 7, 2013 (Marketwired) — OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: OCZ), a leading provider of high-performance solid-state drives (SSDs) for computing devices and systems, reports that its financial printer erroneously filed a draft of a 10-Q for the period ended August 31, 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing was not authorized by OCZ and investors should not rely on the information in the Form 10-Q for the period ending August 31, 2013.
