Hey Lazy many thanks again for your research and excellent contacts. Very hard to read into why no TA other than them taking out costs and not a total surprise because Doc has taken the unorthodox route many times before. There was a time in the past , say. 3 yrs ago , when reaching Doc "live" was easy and asking him directly was no issue.....and he felt some level of responsibility to his shareholders. Now I can't get him to answer an email or phone call. Maybe he is just not well health-wise.....I believe he is 76 or 77 by now. At least we are not defunct as you mentioned. Thx again for all of your efforts.
