Not to make excuses but in these type EPC stages when you are dealing with contractors and real estate... So much is left time wise to the discretion of the people not inside the company.

They also got blasted for releasing non pertinent info last year. They are not putting out fluff press releases to move the price an then dump shares and as a penny holder we should all be grateful an optimistic about that.
