......say a small/medium sized real estate construction co.....lets even say that the land is still in escrow and this constr co has $1M to buy it, and lets be generous and say in 3 days the land is worth double(woohoo)....$2M
now, the "NEW OWNERSHIP" MCIC has got land >>> $2M, plus the constr co assets >>>> $2M at best,,,,,,with a generous $2M in likely project revenue over next yr.....$2M annual revenue($400K profit).....
SO WHAT WE GOT NOW???????? >>>>>>>> some land on a semi-desirable corner in a 4 month tourist trap town of 10.000 people that is the grungy playground for oil field bar rats who dont spend a dime on furniture, NOT ON nice restuarant dinners or fancy cars, dress in jeans and never get their teeth fixed...........and a constr co worth about $1.5-2M if it sold
TOTAL ASSET VALUE......... $3-4, maybe $5M tops
the PPS @ .005 with 1.6Billion shares outstanding would bring a market cap of $8M.........$4M of oversold shares waiting to be RE-VALUED at .0025 if we dont get a GREAT PROJECT IN THE PIPELINE

SO EVEN IF THIS WAS SOLD TO New South Construction Co,......current mngmnt taking stock as acquisition payments...... to get a boost in perceived value, its there already...........and there is no reason for it to hold that value
ONLY PLACE FOR THIS TO GO IS DOWN...........unless someone else with a GREAT PRODUCT OR NECESSITY FOR A SHELL buys it...and pays a huge premium....
if not, then the SHELL is all this is worth..AND the price for a shell is $150-250K, depending on liabilities attached............PPS starts at .00015 if we keep our shares, highly unlikely, but lets DREAM why not......
