For most cancers tested, 100 to 200 mg/kg were the optimal range for efficacy and activation. The curves for most testing took off just under 75 mg/kg and entered optimal ranges above 100 mg/kg. Conversions from mouse to human and mg/kg to mg/m^2 fall easily within the range of 100 to 200. Also, 100 is a nice neat number that is above the lower optimal range.
