Personally, I do not have any problem with taxes on public sold weed.
You drive on the 'fun highway' someone has to pave it. Government has awakened to the tax potential of weed and the notion that you can't stick everyone in jail for minor 'crimes', just to make some contractors stead employment building new prisons (that again cost huge monies to maintain).
Nothing is free even the air we breathe has to be pulled into our lungs by effort and calorie body consumption.

Just remember when Congress passes national legal MJ use and possession . . . they also will be using it. The Times They Are A-Changing.
