Yup. And likely to see a dip into the high 3's tomorrow the way it looks. But I will not be buying, because I have exactly the number of shares that I need/want AT THIS TIME. Don't really give a d*&* which way the price goes, because my shares are free. I can add or sell NBRI at my time of choosing.
