But, SEC reporting is next stated goal by co., not uplist. Uplist comes after. They tend to accomplish their stated goals, so that makes right here a good entry for a nice gain, IMHO. Many have been buying into this bear raid.

This US Gov't shut down has slowed the SEC by the way.

This stock is going to start uptrending again here when people realize this is a bargain opportunity and the share structure is the same and the company is progressing, as they have stated time and time again.

Who will have tickets when it begins?
