waik I was one of those.I didn't keep my crerts,just sold all shares & took a $100 loss for taxes.My concern here is how will Mario finance the business? It seems that he will have a few options.One is to sell stock to the SHs (wonder how many shares will be authorized down stream)& secondly ,off shore investor houses who will want options.you know what they do with their shares.

Will watch for awhile.I can place a watch list on this symbol with Scottrade,so daily,I can see the pps move.If Mario can really put it all together ,then it would be a worthwhile potential investment.But ,the financing & the orders with whom are critical to this new shell.
