OK. So for starters you are implying that both Carter Ward, the CFO and Nasrat Hakim are deliberately lying to their shareholders in a public forum about the number of shares he owns?

That implication might be of great interest to their IR and their attorneys

Second. Why in the world would Nasrat reduce the value of his own stock when he stands to acquire much more?

Finally, just in case you were not aware, he does have to report any sales as he is an insider. Want to make any bets as to whether or not that happens?
