That news was great. It drove up pps. The lawsuit (which was recently settled) is what drove down the pps,over the past several months, in my opinion. Now that the settlement has been accepted, NEWL has every intention of staying listed on NASDAQ, which is the reason for the R/S. The company is moving in the right direction, and back toward that $1.00+ mark it saw in January.
