Why does Dr. James G. Stevenson believe tech like this should be a standard across the country?



Cause he gets shares from cdex for doing so........
Why isn't the tech standard across the country,heck it was at it's peak back when all were in love with MP, 2006. Could it be that it was really a failure? I know let's ask cdex what went wrong.
