No one is getting filled at 3. I have proof of this from last friday, and have gotten it again today. The MM's are painting the 3's hoping someone will bite and fill their bids at 3. The way they are doing this are they sell 0.00038 when someone like me whacks the ask at 4. This happens to print out as a sell at 3, which is the game they are playing. Look at my previous post for proof:
