ATVI is putting themselves in a corner. Clearly stating that WDDD is a NON-PRACTICING ENTITY, however in their recent lawsuit, they claim that WDDD is a practicing entity that infringed on the patents that ATVI had purchased from IBM. WDDD patents are validated two years before IBMs, therefore would invalidate ATVI's patents. More importantly, ATVI contradicted themselves on paper in FEDERAL Court. I do not think this Judge will take this lightly. Remember we are dealing with the LAW. The only troll here it sounds like is ATVI, but you must ask yourself why would a company will billions in cash sue a company which such little revenues??
