I'm saying that the shares being sold could be coming from Hanover. Did you think I was saying Hanover was buying on the market?

Hanover may have been holding several million prior to the last disbursement. This would have limited the number they could accept. They have only gotten the max shares possible back in May at the initial settlement of 8.5M ((bringing the O/S to about 85M).

Only 6 millionish issued last time..up to 14 could have been...

DATE QUANTITY ELAPSED DAYS
23-May 8,500,000
17-Jun 5,550,000 25
19-Jun 4,300,000 2
2-Jul 6,250,000 13
11-Jul 7,000,000 9
25-Jul 8,066,171 14
1-Aug 6,000,000 7
8-Aug 6,300,000 7
16-Sep 6,800,000 39
7-Oct 21

As you can see from the prior disbursements the 6.8M is pretty typical. It is also not unusual to have several weeks elapse between disbursements. The facts are that folks here have been saying Hanover is done for several months now. There is always another disbursement popping up to prove them wrong. Same will happen here until the 43M or so yet due to Hanover gets paid out.

Time will tell.
