I emailed Dispense Labs, No response, Global Solaris No Response, EDXC No Response.

Simple questions No Response

here has been a lot of unanswered questions raised over some issues which I'm sure your already aware of.

I. find most of the information on boards to be unreliable so I'll just ask you to clarify if you can.

1. OTC markets shows Panamed from 2002 to 2005.

2. Did you work for or with Panamed?

3. If so in what capacity?

4. I read an issue of SEC fines of $25k against PANA and the other company. Who was fined, how much what was your involvement in that?

5. One posters said PANA alleged to have the cure for AIDS is this true? lol

6. What happened to PANA after 2005?

7. Did you work for or run PANA?

8. When did EDXC become a symbol?

9. What was the status of the company(s) from 2005 -2013? Publicly trading, idle dormant shell? Timeline summary would be beneficial.

10. Did you buy the shell and turn it into EDXC?

11. What concerns me as a trader investor is the accrued salary issue of $857k for those years. What were you doing? What company were you working for or running? PANA, EDXC

12. I count about 40mil in shares for acquisitions so far for 3 companies, in March the float was 76 mil but since then Can Can and Dispense labs which came along after that March 14 report took about 30mil more shares. Feel free to correct my estimates. THC Finder™ is most likely about 10mil as well, but the float or the OS reportedly never increased. the TA has been locked and remains that way. To have investors call you to do a 3 way call for supervised visitation with the TA is odd. I'm happy with my broker calling the TA's.

13. How many shares have been given out for acquisitions?

14. Are they restricted?

15. How long are they restricted?


16. It has been stated the ™ symbol can be used without it actually being registered. Are the Trademarks used on the products actually registered? Not being registered, wouldn't that cheapen the whole image of a Trademark?

17. What are your thoughts on the fees charged by OTCmarkets to small companies?
