Ty rewarding people for their failure will only motivate them to continue failing. $857k salary for failing. What is he going to want if he succeeds? $8.57mil?. You talk about cutting cost but how can you justify $214k per year in the face of $0 revenue? It makes no sense. Is this how the entitled generation see itself?
