Those are early protoypes of machines they are sending out to 300 people for testing, doesn't mean manufacturers won't use AMD chips on other setups. Another thing to point out is you're looking at $1000+ price tag with those specs for basically a console machine so it's unlikely these are going to be flying off the shelf.
