I agree mastaflash. This is not your typical RS. I don't think Sovereign cares one bit about about having daytraders holding the stock. This is an attempt to get the stock into the hands of more serious investors. I think we will see penny flippers move out and be replaced by long term holders.
Maybe with intentions of getting listed on the Naz, or AMEX.
